I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

No come to mind. The training is well funded but short on delivery and constantly "Required," especially when you're really busy trying to make money and don't have time to do the same trainings over and over. Don't get sucked in by their BS - you'll regret it!

    Cons

No loyalty to their employees. You're just a number and can be, and will be, replaced tomorrow with another insignificant person. The people who somehow remain there for any real period of time, say 5 years plus, are wore torn and battle scarred. They have seen many, many nice, intelligent, good people stabbed in their back and fired or forced to resign by Wells Fargo for no good reason other than, "I don't know, the decision came from high up, too high up to contact anyone there, and there is nothing we can do about it..."

    Advice to Management

Nothing can save upper management now, they are bad people who don't care about anything but their own butts by not pissing off the 800 pound Wells Fargo Gorilla.
