I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Nice People, good environment, many automated features for customers to use.

Cons

Low paying wages, fear of robbing, not secure glass window.
CSR's are often being pushed to sell loan/credit lines products

Advice to Management

Pay CSR's higher wages to keep up with standard living and relax a bit on the attendance.
Many of us are young students working different hours due to school schedules

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good Training nice branches period.

    Cons

I have over 20 years of stable experience in Financial Services. This was the WORST experience of my career. Devious sales techniques even suggested by managers. A TARDY REPORT!!! NOT FOUND IN THE EMPLOYEE MANUAL. Ridiculous employee turnover, unrealistic pressure and goals. When reporting unethical activities, management turns their eye away as LONG AS the branch meet it's goal. It sucked.

    Advice to Management

Clean up your act, drop the UNREALISTIC GOALS. Your branches are a revolving door, you do NOT hire employees....temporary ones maybe.

    Pros

Wells Fargo provided a competitive salary and encouraged growth and learning for my career. I have to say I enjoyed working for Wells Fargo.

    Cons

The only con I have for Wells Fargo is when they make a mistake in implementing a project, product, process, or outside vendor, in the support environment they will not correct the issue. They continue with the problem or mistake other than someone owning up to it and correcting it.
