Co-workers are generally fun to be around
Multiple career choices
Training is excellent
We got treated to a basketball game and they had a sky box which was pretty nice.

Politics. (Don't get on the district managers bad side)
Some of the paper work you have to do seems pointless
Commission structure is confusing at times, especially since it changes quite often.

Advice to Management

Not much to say.

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only reason that I would have stayed at Wells Fargo was because it is such a large company the opportunity for growth was great. I could have taken my career anywhere within the company.

    Cons

I was a teller and the overall position was demanding. I was in the a bank where we had repeat customer's that we consistently had to try to sell something to.

    Pros

Management lets you do your job and does not micromanage. Various work clubs to be involved in. Promotions within the company.

    Cons

Sometimes the company feels too big, since you don't know what the people in other departments are doing. You can remedy this by being involved in club activities and asking people about their jobs and functions.
