Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Excellent benefit package, but below average salary.

Cons

Very high turnover ratio. I trained with a class of over 40 bankers and over half of them were gone in less than one year.

Advice to Management

Treat people better.
