Pros

Great pto, 4 weeks the first year. Match 100% for the first 6% of 401k. If you can learn to sell and profile here it will serve you well in future sales jobs. Pay is good for what I do, unfortunately not a lot of growth potential for your career.

Cons

Serious lack of career growth. Very very large sales plan, feel sorry for the Wachovia people when they see our sales plan. Push products on people they might not necessarily want, can be a very pushy sales environment.

Advice to Management

Management at the very top is really good. Most branch managers are good but are pushed along with everyone else to produce sales.

    Pros

They provided excellent sales training. The training was 6 weeks long and very educational. In training it was a very welcoming environment.

    Cons

The are very high preside sales and expect you to push your customers into that next debit card or savings acct.

    Advice to Management

Lay off. There is a reason you go through so many bankers and nobody is ever happy there. That place will steal your soul.

    Pros

worked roughly 8+ hrs per day, but management didnt really care if you showed up exactly on time as long as your work was done. decent pay, and lunch provided about 3x per week. also have a gym and didnt have to drive into Philly which was nice

    Cons

sourcing can become mundane, small business feel, sometimes the days go by really slow from ppl hanging up on you.

    Advice to Management

natural air in the office would do wonders to people's alertness
