    Good people and management.

Too much cold calling and an unrealistic level of expectation on trailing twelve and AUM, even after 3 years in production

    Advice to Management

Encourage more teaming with senior advisors in the lead

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

biggest advantage of working at a big bank like Wells Fargo is the opportunity for advancement. There are a lot of different ways to branch off from your starting position and the money can be good if you become an expert in your field. WF is a stable and profitable company which is a good bank to invest in (stock sharing plan).

    Cons

Although you can overcome this disadvantage through working much harder, employees placed in busy areas have a much easier time hitting bonuses and moving up. Also, customer "shops" are graded unfairly. If a customer gives an employee just one 4 out of 5 on any question it is received as a "bad shop." Also, there are a lot of unethical bankers that get away with way too much.

    Advice to Management

Management should have to work as a banker before being elevated to management. It serves to help bankers hit their goals if a manager has experience in that position.
