I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Plenty of ways to grow - there are always postings for internal positions. Each position is laid out clearly and the technology used makes it easy to track work. This can also be a con as there's not much room for enhancing your position and easy to become micromanaged.

Cons

Since its such a large company it can be easy to get lost. Each department at the company is managed very differntly so its best to try to get as best a feel as you can for the environment before accepting a position. Some departments are very micromanaged.

Advice to Management

Give employees the opportunities to grow

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work environment was ok. There were coworker that I didn't get along with.
I had no issues with when I needed a day off or to switch days.
Bonus every quarter based on referrals and customer service
    Great benefits.
Match up to 6 percent on retirement.

    Cons

Branch manger was all about numbers no matter how he got them.
Took almost a year for me to become full time due to FTE when we were still short. So that didn't add up!!
Starting pay was not all that great. And even worse after taxes and health insurance came out for my family. If I knew what I know now I would have asked for more due to my experience.

    Advice to Management

I love both my service managers. But I did feel like my last one although she was your friend in your face I did begin to feel like she would say one thing us tellers but say something else to store manger to be on his good side too. So I would say to keep job a friendship different.
