I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Good Benefits and discount program.

Cons

Hiring to many people without banking experience and then only training them to sell.
New people have no real understanding of banking laws or terms.
Don't really care about customers only care about the next sale.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

I enjoyed parts of my work and many of the people.

    Cons

I had a manager who would shout in my face and call me dumb. I contacted both Human Resources and the Ethics Line, but nothing was done. To the best of my knowledge, that manager is still in the same job and makes a lot of money. I'm on unemployment and have not been able to find work.

    Advice to Management

I was a loyal team member for 15 years and got high ratings on my annual reviews from various managers in many departments. Why are okay with losing me? Over the years I've observed that some very mean and morally-questionable people get to stay in positions of power for a long time. I'll never understand that. Your so-called retain philosophy is a joke. I think you should stop saying that because it is not true at all in my experience. I tried to stay with the company and I was certainly qualified for positions if not over-qualified. And yet.....here I am on unemployment.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Quarterly bonuses.
    Great training program
    Nice team to work with.

    Cons

You have to sell your face off to make bonus. Wf likes to charge for everything...and a lot of time will be spent dealing w those complaints in the personal banker role
Requested bereavement time off and was let go instead.
