Pros

Great Benefit package and opportunity for growth

Cons

Sales are pushed to the point of relentlessness. High Turnover for Tellers and Personal Bankers

Advice to Management

Don't forget that your employees are there for your customers. If you wanted Tellers to SELL and make quotas for those sales, you are not hiring tellers for customer service, you have made them sales folks not customer service oriented tellers. Customers are getting upset because you are making a teller sell instead of having them truly help with money transactions.

    Pros

    People, opportunity to move up, lots of benefits. Able to do anything you want as long as you put in the hard work. Don't expect to move up if you don't want to put in work just like any other place

    Cons

    Sales, #'s is a huge factor however, it's understandable as a business needing to make money. It is a for profit organization

    Advice to Management

    Maybe ease the stress of sales, otherwise AWESOME

    Pros

    Management, supervisors and staff are all positive and supportive. Great benefits for health, time off, educational assistance. Regular automatic salary adjustments based on your performance. Good training and mentoring if you look to make WF your career

    Cons

    The hours can be challenging depending on the department. Performance standards are high but administered fairly. Banking involves lots of changes and flexibility is essential.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management needs to be more visible, visiting the sites at least twice a year and hold teleconferences in between.
