This company has absolutely nothing going for it other than the fact that their collections department will be one of the last to go.

    Pros

Everything is always changing and new ideas are constantly being thrown around. Good Benefits

    Cons

Generally required to work overtime to maintain work load requirements and management doesn't seem to understand the everyday rigors at the operational level

    Pros

Great Culture and Amazing co-workers; Immediate management is terrific. Very flexible and understanding. Great Benefits.

    Cons

Not interested in promoting from within area. Always promoting the "youngsters". Impossible monthly goals.

    Advice to Management

Promote some of the "older" folks who have earned their seniority, the hard way...sweat and blood. Be a little more interested when one of your senior employees leaves the bank completely to pursue a new career. Maybe there is something you could have done to retain him or her from leaving?
