I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

Pros

There is a huge possibility of growth if everything wasn't so sales like.

Cons

They only care about sales and not so much on team member development.

Advice to Management

You have great employees if you took the necessary time to see weak area the company could be great as a whole.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Compensation is good. Company offers great benefits such as holidays, 401k, medical dental

    Cons

If you take this job in retail banking, you better be ready to sale sale sale. If you are not meeting your goal within 3 months, you are normally out of there

    Advice to Management

Management should spend more time on the floor coaching instead of numerous conference calls with bankers and managers in the branch who are helping customers. Upper management just sit in their nice plush office somewhere downtown or probably at home, barking orders and making you feel bad for not meeting the daily goal.
