I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Investment Bank being located in Charlotte creates a much better culture than the NYC-based banks. MD's are more likely to have families and priorities outside work. This makes for slightly better work-life balance. However, because pay is standardized by the industry, you still make the same as your NYC peers.

    Cons

Exit opportunities are more limited out of any office not in NYC as interviewing is more difficult to schedule and plan. You must be far more diligent and active in the process.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work
