I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Networking opportunities with the wealthy. You meet the who's who and find great opportunities for yourself. Talk, talk, talk yourself to a better career. That is exactly what I did! I used this platform to mingle and network with those that I would not have ordinarily had the chance to. You meet the high ranking executives at fortune 500 companies and more! Use this as a stepping stone to something better.

    Cons

WF focuses on sales more than customer service. They have no clue what ttue financial success and freedom truly is. They believe offering CC and loans equates "helping their customers succeed financially". Delusional sales goals. Unrealistic expectations on Teller and Banker side. Unfair business practices. LOW, LOW pay even in Management rolls. They ate constant giving away money but not giving decent raises. YOU CANNOT...

    Advice to Management

Only if your boss likes you. Had nothing to do work ability only who's but you kiss. Management pay NOT worth the headache. Supervisor's still do not break 30,000 annually.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The culture here is phenomenal. The message is all about how the people make the difference and the company is very focused on developing employees. The routines set in place to reinforce the behaviors are phenomenal. Resources available to leaders for improving coaching style are endless! They have even taken external leadership theories and incorporated those into the resources and training available. Highly engaged...

    Cons

Some systems are a bit antiquated, but to be honest I’d prefer that over flashy stuff that glitches out all the time. Time off is not very competitive, and it doesn’t increase with positions that have more responsibility, it only increases with years worked at the company. No fully comprehensive health plan, but they do offer a company funded HSA with one of the plans.
