    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Solid business model that proved itself in the recent mortgage downturn. Committed to the customer. Strong history, probably the strongest bank in terms of future potential in the US, if not the world.

    Cons

Lots of changes still going on - still working on reducing the bureaucracy resulting from the recent Wachovia merger. Might be difficult for an external applicant to get their foot in the door because of the large number of people in the retention pool.

    Advice to Management

Continue to work on developing your staff to be the best they can be. Provide opportunities for career and personal growth. Establish long-term positive relationships with your staff.
