Pros

- Wells Fargo truly cares about the employee.
- Can work at home based on your need.
- Time off is given when you need it.
- Excellent Benefits with at least 6 different medical plans to choose from.
- Management is very understanding and sensitive to what is happening in your personal life.
- Everyone is cross trained on multiple jobs.
- Knowledge is shared.
- Excellent communication from the top all the way down.
- Plenty of room for advancement and professional growth.
- They find a position that meets your skills and leverage the best out of you.

Cons

- Inter-Department communication on deployment changes to employees and customers needs some work.
- Low on desk space. Some employees are using huddle rooms as offices.

Advice to Management

Thank you management for caring about the individual who works for your company. Thank you for having corporate responsibility towards the community.

    Pros

    It's a huge company with decent benefits, decent salary. Most managers competent. The ompany very good with family situations and time away.

    Cons

    Can get locked into one place with no place to go. There wasn't a lot of help moving to a different area. everything is becoming very micromanaged.

    Advice to Management

    You have a lot of talent that may leave. It would benefit you to help your top employees move to other areas to keep that talent.

    Great benefits. There are many different areas of opportunity that you can avail for career growth. Also they care about the community.

    Cons

    Very unreasonable sales goals. Car sales environment. They are more concerned about sales goals than the clients best interest. Trainning is horrible

    They should give a keen look on there sales philosophy. Focus on dollar amount not on units. They should also focus on employee retention
