The benefits are great and WF cares about the community.

Cons

Like any organization, you have to be in th in-crowd to get the good positions. The sales pressure is too immense it rives some employees overboeard in many ways.

    1. They are trying to hire lots of extra help right now.
    2. Plenty of overtime available every week.
    3. Nice co-workers.

    Cons

    1. I have been lied to from day one regarding several major job factors.
    2. Everyone starts as a temp on second shift.
    3. Managers have very poor communication skills.
    4. There is constant confusion about job duties and procedures.

    Advice to Management

    Stop lying. Learn to communicate. Provide better training for everyone. Give more opportunity to work first shift.
