Pros
They were nice enough to pay while we were laid off at the beginning of the pandemic, while they worked it out with the client to set us up to work from home.
Cons
Only two paid holidays per year, three weeks off between the Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks (without pay), no PTO, sick time capped at 3 days per year, and no raises in over three years.
