Pros
*Very flexible- so long as they have 'tasks' available, you can work anytime day or night and log off any time. This makes it very convenient if you are juggling other responsibilities *100% remote is convenient
Cons
*Some weeks there are little or no tasks available so you could end up with a paycheck less than $50 during the slow times, work is not guaranteed *The work is extremely subjective, making it easy to underperform by their standards. They over guidelines but every section ends with 'Use your best judgement'. I used my judgement but because whomever was responsible for quality control had slightly different judgement on subjective matters (such as whether or not the ads on a page were distracting) my work got marked as incorrect. Ultimately this is why they fired me, because my opinions different from someone else. In other words, this job might help supplement income but defiantly don't depend on it
