Pros

Health care benifits, working with a diversified workforce.

Cons

Salaried supervisors usually required to work at least 60 hours a week. They are shown little to no appriciation only criticism and job threats for failures not under their control. Retaliated against by upper managment for expressing thier concerns about issues that they can not resolve themselves such as support from other departments, product failures. Required to perform duties that should be performed by other departments.

Advice to Management

Treat your most important, and least important employees like people, not puppets.

    Pros

Pay is only thing good. Drivers are only one team that is good and will listen to ideas.

    Cons

To many hours, no family life, Upper Management does not know how to talk to associates. They swear at you if you do not get something fast. Lack of training properly. Empty promises from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Never understanding to ideas or improvements. No communication skills, and lack of leadership from a manager who cannot talk to associates.
