Pros

Wonderful children and adults to work with. You really know that you're making a valuable difference in the lives of others.

Cons

Working the swimming programs, especially in the winter is definitely not the most pleasant experience ever but luckily you can control what you sign up for

Advice to Management

It would certainly be helpful to know some of the other staff members better during programs although it's hard with the large number of employees.
