I worked at Westamerica full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company is established and respected by its peer group. It has a record of success that cannot be ignored.

    Cons

This company does not value their work force. There is constant turnover due to policies that hinder this company from being successful. Not all employees are perfect and policies that do not allow for mitigating circumstances will eventually take its toll on an organization and that is what is happening at Westamerica.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees more and mentor them to grow.
