WGU is ahead of the game, excelling in every facet of education. I am constantly motivated to see what's next!
Cons

Pros
Depending on your enthusiasm for learning the competencies, you can learn much in the WGU MBA program. My highlights were Management, Ethical Leadership, and the Capstone. The simulation I worked through for the Capstone was a huge highlight!
Cons
You must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and willing to write many papers.

Pros
- A lot of benefits - Most jobs are work from home - If you work in the SLC office you get free lunch
Cons
- The department I worked in (IT service desk) is very "Who you know" based to get promotions - The IT service desk was work from home and is moving away from it - IT service desk is slowly transferring into a call center versus just being IT - WGU will not hire Software Engineers with out a formal degree
