      Great products if you love photography, loan scheme proves interesting for testing purpose, some nice people

      Cons

      Terrible management from stores upwards, poor pay and conditions, no compassion for mental health issues, seen as a number rather than person, no career progression unless you know and suck up to the right people.

      Pros

      If you enjoy photography this is the place for you. Nice kitchen and other departments were friendly, good discount scheme. Some very good vendor product training.

      Cons

      Unrealistuc targets for minimum wage. Little chance of bonus Immature junior management, out of touch senior management. Blame culture, gossiping and making things up about others which is just taken as gospel. Will not support you as a result of the above.
