Approves of CEO

I worked at Whole Foods Market full-time

Pros

Autonomy, freedom to be creative, free food pretty much every day, GREAT people to work with and great customers, awesome benefits, paid time off that accumulates quickly and you can use whenever you want.

Cons

This is hard work. If you don't go above and beyond you may not be noticed as much.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're you doing, listening to what your team members have to say is huge.
