I have been working at Whole Foods Market full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company embraces diversity in all forms and still attracts great people who are a great support system and will undoubtedly become your second family.

    Cons

Upper management is out of touch with the reality of what is like for the guys in the trenches. Ironically, most everything is done for show and is not authentic.

    Advice to Management

Get over yourselves & stop selling your souls for the shareholders.
