    Pros

The people were great There’s always work to be done so you won’t get bored Decent pay

    Cons

They had a habit of copying and pasting the schedules, so you got stuck with the same shifts until you ask your team leaders to give you other shifts.

    Pros

Invested employees make a great work environment, decent pay but they do not keep up with inflation with payrates. People actually cared about their job and customers before amazon bought wholefoods

    Cons

Expect unreasonable irate customers, expect to work in every department except the position you were hired for with no pay increase of course (supposed lateral move) You will be doing the job of at least 2 to 3 team members and it is almost always skeleton crew so you are always over worked physically and mentally, Favoritism is the only way to get hours , but expect they will cut you for overtime and never give you fulltime. Expect your voice to never be heard so even though its a high school of gossip the Management is worse. Expect the tools and strategies given to be useless and unrealistic in the world today. Majority of the physical tools given are broken, on its last leg missing etc. expect the lines to look like a post office. 1 person at a time in front of a angry post office employee sums it up.
