Mixed bag - Advisor Wichita State University Employee Review

Salary is the biggest downside. It is stagnant . There are no cost of living raises and rarely, very rarely a 1% cost of living raise. Like once every 5-10 years. Raises in a current position are almost unheard of, total unicorn. The longer you work here the less buying power you will have. The culture is going downhill as well. Employee moral is tanking, administration is seen as u trust worthy, there is a lot of lip service with no action.
