    Great people and opportunities

    Pros

It's a mid-sized company that doesn't have it all figured out so there are opportunities for individuals to grow. IF you are confident, leadership is accessible and willing to hear ideas/opinions and execute on them. You have to take charge of your destiny here - you can't wait around for it to land on your lap. These are PROs for people who don't need a lot of structure.

    Cons

Company runs lean -especially non-revenue generating groups. Expect to show a decent business case for any expenditure in this environment. No performance bonus.

    Pros

The culture is people first and that's not just said but show. Salaries are competitive. Great people to work with. Opportunities for movement not only exist but are encouraged.

    Cons

Occasional growing pains with the company as it works out how to coordinate everyone.

    Pros

    - Absolutely loved working with the people on my team - Competitive salary - Can work remotely

    Cons

    - If you tell managers about your problems, nothing will be done about them - Zero training for managers... if you promote a developer to a managerial position with no training, how can you expect them to perform well? They're totally different fields of study. - There's what appears to be a form of nepotism occurring within one of the orgs... friends promoted to positions where they're not actually performing those titles - No career growth due to nepotism issue - VP of certain org has no accountability and would rather blame issues on technology used and previous VP than blame himself - CEO has some sort of god complex... claimed all employees that weren't RIFed as the "chosen ones"
