I only worked there for one day. HR was very nice from what I can see. Didn’t see anything wrong with Management on the floor. There where some friendly co-workers that welcomed me to the company. Pay was fine

Where to start....... Number 1 if you do plan on working here. I just want to Give you a hint DON’T WORK HERE. You will thank me later. I’m a experienced mold Setter and I thought this looked like a good place to work don’t be fooled by the $$$$ you will regret it in the end. Number 2 This company is not organized if it takes 30 minutes to find a eye bolt there’s a problem. There’s so much junk everywhere. If I was a customer and I saw what this company looked like I probably would walk back out the door. Very Unsanitary I wouldn’t be surprised if the plastic that’s being used is Contaminated. Employees talking bad about other employees behind their backs. Not the best thing to see on the first day of work. And this wasn’t a funny joke they literally tore their own co-workers/Management down. When you here things like that it doesn’t really make you want to come to work. Machines are very old/broken which is understandable but if you kept them clean maybe it wouldn’t look so bad. House keeping is a big thing in the Manufacturing world and this company failed to do this.
