    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Most of the people are very pleasant to work with. The hours and benefits are good and most managers are willing to work with you if you need to work from home occasionally.

    Cons

As in most publishing industry positions, the pay is not great. The subject matter of the content can seem less then thrilling considering it's all non-fiction and with a heavy focus on education.

    Advice to Management

Upper management does a very good job of keeping employees updated on all concerns.

  2. "Excellent work environment with strong senior management"

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Wiley has an excellent work environment. All of my colleagues are nice and enjoyable to work with. Also, there is a good balance between work and personal life.

    Cons

This is common across the publishing industry, but entry level positions do not have high starting salaries.

    Advice to Management

Leadership is always excellent at communicating what is going on in the industry as a whole and how we specifically will respond.
