Pros

I like that Willmax is a smaller company, it makes us all feel a little closer and more like a family. Corporate is easy to work with for the most part, and they are easy to approach. Office hours are nice, and it's a great environment overall.

Cons

The benefits aren't great. We get very little vacation, and I think 3 paid holidays per year. PTO and sick time are the same, and we get 3.1 hours per pay period. After we're here for 5 years, it increases by a whole 1 point! I'm always the only one in my family that has to work when everyone else has a 3 day weekend. We just don't feel valued when it seems like our family time isn't important to corporate, especially when we know that they are with their families on those days. Times are changing, and Willmax' policies are very dated.
