Good pay, great techs, some good management individuals.
Cons
People within the department have gotten away with too much for some time, now in positions of authority, they are bullies... verbally abusive, gossiping behind peoples back, if you leave you're weak. Environment is very x-rated between certain staff members which takes away from the prestige of the business. Bullies should not be allowed in positions of authority and reflects badly on higher management, the snide remarks, cruel insults on appearance and intelligence are just blatantly rude.
