Amazing coworkers
Good pay
Great time off
You get all kinds of time off including vto, which is voluntary time off. You don’t get paid but it’s voluntary.
They’ve updated the attendance policy so that’s great.
All of the trainers and managers I’ve had are amazing
They honestly care about you
There’s instant answers when you have questions which is way different than training because you only have a few people to help with questions in training
Cons
Sometimes it’s back to back calls.
Training is hard, it’s self paced and they DO give you all the tools and information to do the job in the modules but you have to pay attention and actually try to learn it.
Sometimes it overwhelming, you can have a day full of upset costumers and then a day where everyone is nice and understanding- but that’s customer service for you.
