Great experience for sales and customer service, and meeting new people.

Cons

Seasonal/ part-time jobs. not much room for growth. But with a college degree, who would want to grow in the retail industry anyhow?

    Simple breakdown of management levels

    Easy to feel trapped there
    Almost impossible to advance career
    Company going broke for obvious reasons
    Old rules and practices that no longer work in todays economy or business practices

    Advice to Management

    Don't beat around the bush with your employees we are smart enough to figure out what is going on. Employees are not paid near enough.
