Pros

The discount is really great.

Cons

The new regime is delusional and stressing the store management to the point where they are quitting.

Advice to Management

Stop taking on initiatives such as credit cards and harassment of the customers and requiring sales staff to be responsible for the crap. Stop ordering garbage that your core customers do not want nor buy and refusing to mark the merchandise down enough to liquidate before inventory.

    Pros

    The discount and fellow employees are awesome. We have each other's back, which is a relief.

    Cons

    Super corporate, terrible pay, limited employee coverage, dated technology and hardware, ridiculous sales demands from the higher ups, difficult system processes.

    Advice to Management

    Give us a break! GOD!

    there are some nice employees

    Management is horrible. From the top down they work under the fear of the bottom line. Customers and employees come last, as sales, credit cards and "capturing emails" are the top priority-this is a sucky way to do business for what's supposed to be a classy store.

    Advice to Management

    NONE, they should all be fired. If Chuck only new what his store has turned into
