Doesn't Recommend
No opinion of CEO

Pros

Entry-level compensation was generous.
Relocation assistance seems to be typically provided.
Bonuses and pay raises are no longer frozen.
Potential to learn a lot about the industry.

Cons

Poor work/life balance well over 3/4ths of the year.
Bonuses do not offset the amount of time needed to actually get the bonus.

Advice to Management

Work on improving retention. I find it unlikely that the most talented individuals are willing to put up with all of the cons of working there. In other words, you're constantly losing some of your best employees.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Smart people, great clients, great brand, interesting work, promotions at most levels are fair, good benefits, lots of responsibility regardless of level

    Cons

Promotions at very senior levels can be slow, cash compensation may be lower than competitors and you need to consider the whole total rewards package, speed of innovation is slower than smaller firms

    Advice to Management

Reward and recognize innovation by carving out time and roles instead of thinking it can be a hobby part-time while consultants are attempting to achieve high goal standards
