I worked at Willis Towers Watson full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Strong culture of collaboration and professionalism. Strong associate support for effective work output. Excellent work life balance opportunities.

Cons

Corporate leadership out of touch with associates on the ground. Medical benefits are lacking.

Advice to Management

Conduct associate engagement surveys regularly and act on suggestions and recommendations brought forth from the field and on the ground.

I have been working at Willis Towers Watson full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

All the benefits of a large, global firm: many offices, many resources, lots of different kinds of work being done (most of it excellent)

    Cons

All the negatives of a large, global firm: systems are too inflexible, review process (particularly upward review process) is seriously flawed, difficult to get exceptions made for you (especially as concerns compensation)

    Advice to Management

Internal review process is seriously flawed; retention is an issue; attempts to create uniform systems across radically different lines of business are unlikely to be successful

    Pros

Ability to form your own career path and very flexible working environment. Great interaction between New York and London-based teams.

    Cons

Inability of management to reward employees who perform and weed out employees who underperform.
