Wide variety of projects with diverse clients
Good group of people
Large company with well-known name

Cons

Pay is ridiculously low
Terrible benefits
CEO can't seem to stop looking at himself (he puts his picture everywhere)
CEO doesn't seem to be taking the company in the correct direction - business seems to come solely from being able to undercut the competition's price

Advice to Management

Retain top talent with better pay and benefits.

    Pros

    The team environment is very helpful for new associates. There is constant communciation between senior consultants and new associates, making knowledge transfer an integral part of the office culture.

    Cons

    There are many tight deadlines and a fifty hour week and turn into a sixty hour week on Friday afternoon at times.
