I worked at Willis Towers Watson as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Loved the type of work and the workload

    Cons

Unless you want to devote your entire personal life to your coworkers, it's impossible to succeed at this company. Most socialize with, live with, and even date their coworkers.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Willis Towers Watson as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Competitive pay, paid study time, very supportive community within the office, hands on experience - great split between actual client work to get an idea of day to day tasks on the job as a starting analyst & the mock client entire valuation process which indicates what you would be doing on a more long term basis with the company as a senior consultant

    Cons

Very specific to the retirement field - does not provide a good breath of what other types of actuaries do within the company if you are a graduating student trying to determine what field of actuarial you want to pursue most
