    Pros

    Great salary, Good Environment

    Cons

Biased Management team with lack of skills.
Improper selection for awards and promotion.
HR seems to be slave of management and do what management says.

    Advice to Management

Hire some MBA's for middle management with good skill sets. I know it is very difficult for you as you are crazy to keep your boot lickers happy since they cater you well by licking your boots to clean it, but trust me it will work if you take this suggestion. Since you are similar to dropouts of Municipal school as you lack flexible mind. logic and decision making ability. Also the only qualification you have is you are bloody born earlier than your juniors. HR head please look what you team is doing your job is pristine and don't disgrace it by your action. Listen to what your heart says and what i truth and not this bloody management. Some Management members are good which are 15 to 20% rest all are pigs of same stay.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - Plenty of opportunity to carve out your own niche.
    - Training is paid for by the company.
    - Good starting salary.

    Cons

    - Threat of resignation is usually required in order to get a payrise.
    - Bonus scheme is deliberately shrouded in mystery.
    - Bureaucratic.

    Advice to Management

The top level of management often come up with grand new ideas with no idea (or actual qualifications/experience) on delivering them. These are palmed off to middle management who are always doomed to fail with such projects and bear the blame should they not succeed.

Senior management is definitely an old boy's club with zero accountability.
