    Pros

    Competitive salary is available for some positions . The organization is vast so there are many avenues for cross training or gaining insight from colleagues in other practice areas.

    Cons

    Large organization with an impersonal communication style. Revenue and expense management driven organization. Opportuniies for providing customized service to customers are limited by the requirement to follow established procedures.

    Advice to Management

    Eliminate some of the third tier practice group leaders and allow service to be tailored based on the needs and customs of office locations and customer demographics. One size fits all service plans don't actually fit all. Understand that claims management is not more critical than preventing losses; identify a leader for the Strategic Outcomes Practice who understands the importance of pre-loss services.
