    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Work schedule flexibility; opporunity, if willing to work hard and develop one's career; working with people dedicated to produce high quality with high efficiency.

    Cons

The job demands to be open and flexible regarding the type of and level of work to be performed; and, nimbleness required to meet the diverse needs and expectation of clients.

    Advice to Management

Continue towards achieving more transparency and fairness with performance excellence execution. Revisit the concept of "billable hours" and the applicability at all levels within the organization.

    Pros

Good people, good bonding at the beginning of the internship and really tried to help me learn. They took effort to integrate me.

    Cons

Wanted everyone to wear a Wilis pin to show that we were on large team. Some people were intimidating and we had to dress very formally

    Advice to Management

Lose the Willis pin. Try to keep everyone in the company happy, do not exclude HR and other members of the company
