I have been working at WillowTree full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I absolutely love it here! I'm working on really cool projects and I'm having a blast doing it. Everyone here is very open to sharing their knowledge. Everyone really cares about each other. It's a culture I've never experienced anywhere like here.

    Cons

None that I can think of :)

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you're doing and you'll have very happy employees.

I have been working at WillowTree full-time for less than a year

    Pros

WillowTree actually embodies the culture that they say they support. There are tangible things I see every day that the company is doing to improve representation, openness, and employee happiness. They are always looking to do better, and they things they commit to they actually do. There is no voice that is too small to be recognized.

    Cons

Nothing I can really think of.
