    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Window World full-time

    Pros

I have been working as a Window World Customer Service Representative for just over a year, and I wanted to share how much I love my job. I received full health benefits, a schedule that allows me to work Saturdays to have a week day free, and management that understands that Customer Service is the foundation for successful business. I would recommend a job at Window World to anyone!

    Cons

I really have no cons at the moment.

  2. "Money can be good, lacks support"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

The money is good as a sales representative. You work independently and they have great year end travel trips, monthly lunch meetings, and other events.

    Cons

You are 1099, dependent on lead generation from the company and what you can get yourself, and unlike other similar companies you are responsible for all your ordering and measuring. Errors cost you a lot. There is very little support from management and local management at the KC location, it is remotely run.

    Advice to Management

Hire a manager for the location. Develop more collaboration between sales, service, and installs. The culture is one of blame where everyone should be working together.
