I worked at Window World full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fantastic products, great owner if friends not as employee/owner

    Cons

Poor salary, no benefits , only hires subcontractors (get job done n get out, most 85% don't care about quality). Subcontractors get paid by job nothing else.

    Advice to Management

Need benefits , hire teams not subcontractors, higher salary , don't have subcontractors pay for everything (foam, qt. round etc.)

I worked at Window World full-time

    Pros

Regular schedule, surprisingly good health benefits. That's about it.

    Cons

Unless you're family (or grew up with the family), you can basically forget about being treated, or being paid, decently. The best sales consultants and installers (the money makers), are still run into the ground being told they need to do more. Customer service members are treated like 2nd class citizens, and the rampant racism and sexism is what you'd expect from a company run by Alabama rednecks.

    Advice to Management

How about treating people like, I dunno, people. Not like animals whose sole purpose is to make you money. You barely even train people to do that.
