Pros

Tuition reimbursement
Laptops
Great people to work with locally.
Local management led by example
Locally great flow of information when available from corporate
Growing too rapidly leading to integration problems and employee morale issues.

Cons

Health benefits including, medical, vision, and dental were fairly priced.
A publicly traded company so you can own a piece of it.
Many different job openings in different locations throughout the US.

Advice to Management

Slow down. The rate at which you're acquiring companies lends itself to growing issues which can include lower employee morale.
Try to save employees because they are a wealth of information instead of trying to centralize everything. If someone is already doing a job and has been successful then consider leaving them in the position or ask for their help in making the company better. The purchased companies feel like failures.

    Pros

PAY is good for the area. Your on your own so you don't have someone looking over you all of the time.

    Cons

Always wanting more even if you meet your objectives. When jobs are opened you only get it if you know the person who is in charge of hiring

    Advice to Management

Hire more people to do the job instead of spending tons of money on trying to make things more than realistic efficient

  2. "Good ole boys club and old way of thinking company. Management does not respect its employees."
