    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Winn-Dixie part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Self-paced, always something to do, great customers

    Cons

Get paid the same amount as 16 year old cashiers for 10 times the work

    Advice to Management

Offer full-time employment and a livable wage, $8.05 just doesnt cut it for the amount of work expected of us.
