Pros

Good management, great camaraderie, great work life balance (although I was an hourly temp)

Cons

I was not too fond of business casual dress every day especially because I was not client facing, but I got used to it. I know I was ultimately seen as expendable because I was an hourly temp, but it was not a position that I wanted to make a career out of. I had a nice talk with my manager about what to do moving forward. I ultimately found better work suited to my interests.
