    Pros

    Dynmic CEO, Community Service Focus, They treat their candidates well, Pay is good for top performers

    Cons

    Unless you are meeting or exceeding quota you are treated poorly, Boiler room environment, Very high turnover, General lack of compassion for their employees

    Advice to Management

    Work with those who are not meeting quota and do not make them feel bad.

    I worked at WinterWyman full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    excellent training for new hires and flexibility for work life balance. they have a lot of good people who have been there a long time

    Cons

    company grew to fast and lost some of their culture due to this. they promoted people into leadership roles who were clearly not leaders which caused a negative impact on culture.
