Pros

This is not applicable to me

Cons

This place is beyond unprofessional where employees talk about beating people up and ganging up on you. They have an application installed on your laptop which monitors your every movement and has a popup that will ask you why you were away for 10+ minutes, even if you are presenting to a client. Hybrid work is a joke because management allows certain employees to work remotely based on solely on favoritism. The environment is very toxic. Employees have at least 5 job titles. They have a separate application/tool for everything (i.e., performance reviews, job hunting, for pay, etc.) and the information is inconsistent in each system. They have been laying off employees since Jan 2025 with no end date or management input. For the first two months of my employment I was being threatened by a Background check company in India via work and home Emails that I had not provided enough information for employment so it was unclear if I was a legitimate employee or could be let go at any time if I didn't provide them their requested information.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
