I worked at Wipro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Very much process oriented
Good academic programs for the growth of employees
Working for lot of big clients across the globe so employees are having good exposure at the international level
Long term onsite opportunities are there

    Cons

Due to huge number of employees there is less visibility for an individual
    No importance of skills
Few policies are time dependent which stops the career growth of people who wants to grow early in their life
For onsite opportunity one do not need technical skills, only work permit is enough and that you can get after lot of buttering
Few non sense assessments are there which have been created with the clear intention to stop employees growth

    Advice to Management

Please be flexible with your time dependent policies if a employee can prove you that he/she can take up a responsibility which is greater than their experience then please provide it.
